Health Improvements; Sickly to Thriving

2 Years high fruit 80% plus daily intermittent fasting,lots of rest as well as lots of excercise. I went from sick and pale to bright and thriving. I dont see this as a diet but rather a lifestyle I see my self living for as long as Im visiting this earth. God bless and enjoy your journeys!
