Ultimately, it's up to you to decide where the finish line is and how you'd like to proceed afterward.
There are two things you should consider:
- Have you achieved the results you initially aimed for, and if not, are you satisfied with your current improvements?
- Do you plan on returning to your previous diet and lifestyle habits or do you intend on creating and sticking with better ones?
Keeping your body continually well and healthy after completing your Regenerative Detoxification program requires that you continue:
- maintaining a diet rich in fresh, raw fruits, leafy greens, and other whole foods; and
- developing positive habits like getting sufficient sunshine, walking in nature, exercising, deep breathing, meditation, building healthy relationships, etc.
You can also consider doing a maintenance herbal cleanse once or twice a year.
This can involve a short (preferably supervised) water fast, a juice cleanse, and/or a mono-fruit diet.
For the herbal part, you can use either of Dr. Morse's following products depending on your budget:
- Ultimate Detox Kits
- Fab Four Kit
- Heal-All Tea
Sometimes You Need a Break
If you haven't yet reached your goal, sometimes taking a break can be a good idea—if circumstances will allow. Sudden drastic changes in diet and lifestyle can be difficult for some to stick to all the time.
In the middle of a raw diet plan, you may crave a cooked meal or snack. If having a periodic treat meal helps you maintain balance, use your best judgment to determine if deviating from your protocol is fine.
Ideally, consult your practitioner or other Detoxification Specialist, who can also help determine if there are particular underlying reasons behind your cravings.
Stay Curious and Connect with Others
Keeping positive health is an ongoing process that never stops, and there are always new things to learn. Just remember to keep things simple so you don't lose focus.
We highly recommend networking, sharing, and staying in touch with other members of the Dr. Morse community.
This can help with staying inspired and excited about your lifestyle. If you ever need it, you'll also have others to bounce ideas off.
